Unhurried Rest
A quiet room in our garden home near the backwaters, with no schedule to keep. Sleep late, read on the veranda, and let the days run slow.
Three-Day Stay · Alappuzha, Kerala
Not everyone can give a month to Panchakarma. Our new short stay is three days of rest in a Kerala family home — balanced meals cooked fresh each morning, and the option of an Ayurvedic massage or a cooking class in our kitchen.
Three days is not long enough to cure a body — but it is long enough to put it down for a while: to sleep without an alarm, eat food made for your wellbeing, and walk under the coconut palms with nothing to be on time for.

The Short Stay
A simple stay, kept deliberately light. Rest and food come as standard; the massages and the cooking class are yours to add.
A quiet room in our garden home near the backwaters, with no schedule to keep. Sleep late, read on the veranda, and let the days run slow.
Three vegetarian meals a day, cooked fresh in our kitchen from garden produce and gentle Ayurvedic spicing. Light on the stomach, kind to the body.
Add a relaxing Ayurvedic oil massage with our therapists on any day of your stay — unwinding rather than clinical, and always with warm herbal oils.
Spend a morning at the stove with our cooks, learning the Kerala dishes you have been eating — and take the recipes home with you.
Day by day
Nothing here is compulsory. This is simply the shape most short-stay guests settle into.
Reach us by afternoon, meet the household over tea, and eat your first dinner with the family. An early night, with the garden quiet around you.
A full day with nothing asked of you. Most guests take their massage in the morning, then spend the afternoon by the backwaters or asleep in a chair.
Join the cooking class after breakfast, share the meal you have made, and leave in the afternoon with the recipes and a lighter head.
Optional Extras
Tell us when you book and we will set them aside for you. Both can be added to any day of the stay.
Relaxing Massage
Warm herbal oils and slow, practised hands. Chosen for ease rather than treatment, though our therapists will adjust to whatever your body is carrying.
Cooking Class
A hands-on morning in our kitchen: the spices, the order they go in, and the everyday Kerala dishes that make an Ayurvedic diet worth eating.
Reserve your stay
Send us your dates and we will write back with availability, what the three days will cost, and how to reach us from Cochin.
